These Terms govern your access to and use of the konostudio website, mobile application, delivery services, pickup services, and every related service we make available.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or otherwise using any service offered by konostudio, you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms of Service together with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you may not access or use any konostudio offering. Anyone who uses our services on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use konostudio's services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless konostudio has given you written authorization to do otherwise. You must not:

• Break any law or regulation that applies to you, including consumer protection and product safety rules
• Send unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam through our platform
• Try to access our systems, user accounts, or inventory databases without authorization
• Pose as any person or entity, including konostudio personnel or other users
• Deploy automated tools, scrapers, or bots to harvest product pricing, inventory data, or user information from our platform
• Submit fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed without any intention of receiving the goods
• Resell konostudio products for commercial profit without our explicit written consent

Product Information and Pricing

konostudio works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If product information, pricing, or availability contains an error, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are provided for reference only; konostudio cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by konostudio. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your chosen delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age to purchase such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may offer a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on konostudio's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "konostudio" name and branding — belongs exclusively to konostudio and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any konostudio content without our explicit written consent. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by konostudio for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must inform konostudio immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for ensuring that third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, konostudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. konostudio is not liable for failures or delays in service resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of konostudio's services shall first be submitted to konostudio's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

konostudio may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using konostudio's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
