Order Processing

At konostudio, every order receives careful and timely attention. We prepare and process all orders within 1–2 business days, defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically dispatched the same business day whenever possible. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

Order Tracking

Address Changes

To request a shipping address update, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and include your order number in your email.
